The national Home Inspectors Exam (to take any doubts about our knowledge in the home inspection field) can be found at www.homeinspectionexam.org. Did I mention 24 hours minimum continuing education credits to keep updated on ongoing changes in the inspection Industry. TREC requires 16 hours of CEU's and NACHI requires 24 hours of CEU's as well as ethics and standards testing yearly as well as free ongoing testing of our skills in all areas of home inspection.
We are also an affiliate with the Greater Fort Worth Association of Realtors to keep apprised of the ongoing changes in Real Estate. This is a two way street in the passing of knowledge to the home inspectors and Realtors. We also hold a Supra key to allow ease of scheduling and entry to your new home for inspection.
 We try to keep to the basics with our reports and avoid as much fluff as possible. Pictures are only taken of major concerns and the three paragraphs of disclaimers for a half a sentence on something that is only a minor concern, "forget that" We are not going to bore you with all the things you need not have to filter thru. However, you will be signing a hold harmless clause for anyone that refers Castle Home Inspection Service. These referrals are given to you as a professional courtesy, not as an absolute stamp of approval. After all we will be doing the home inspection, not the referring party. As far as we are concerned only we can be held liable and responsible for our inspection and reporting. On that note; No matter who the referring party is, we work for you (our client) and do not let anyone interfere with our inspection and reporting.
