Mansfield's first settlers came in the 1840's. If the settlers only new of the explosive growth to come to Mansfield in the late 1990's and early 2000's, Mansfield has blown up in population to over 50,000. Even with the explosive growth, Mansfield has kept its small town feel.

When our Home Inspection endeavors take us to Mansfield Texas (quite often) we are always amazed at the growth of the one time small farming community. New homes abound in every direction. This rural town (now a city of over 50,000) has still managed to keep its small town feel. The center of Mansfield still reminds one of that small town. They have managed to hold over 250 acres of parkland and growing. Neighborhood after neighborhood will give a vast array of the style and price range of homes. Fort Worth (the original fort in the area) used to protect the settlers from local Indians that once lived here for thousands of years (there is something wrong with that picture) when settlers started moving in.
At Castle Home Inspection Service we love heading to Mansfield in the morning. All the traffic is going in the other direction. This makes for an easy drive. If we do an inspection in the afternoon and then head back North West we miss the traffic in that direction also. Businesses are slowly building to handle the growing economic boom that is happening in Mansfield.
We pride ourselves on our work and enjoy what we do for a living. The terms "Inspected Once, Inspected Right", "The Right Choice" and "What We See Is What We Write" are terms we live and work buy. Giving you the answers to home inspection is what we are all about. Our Web Pages are set up with enough links to give you not only our company and Home Inspection information but also about the cities you plan to move to. We are slowly building our web pages to accommodate the needs of the home buyers in the area. If you are not moving to Mansfield or one of the other cities we list, rest assured the pages will be up soon. If it is information you want about other cities I am sure you will at least find links that will take you in the right direction.
We have over 30 years in the residential construction, remodeling, commercial construction and inspection industry. We are sure that you will be happy with our performance as a Home Inspection Company. Our schooling in home inspection takes us across two states (Florida and Texas). Our affiliation/membership in the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors is an ever increasing blessing in keeping updated on new codes and inspection information. Our affiliate membership in The Greater Fort Worth Association of Realtors has been very rewarding. Realtors we come in contact with benefit from updated home inspection information as well as the change in trends throughout the home inspection industry. Our association with realtors helps us in keeping aware of the ever changing needs and concerns of new home buyers.
If you are in the home buying process please check out our other pages about home inspection and especially www.nachi.org. If you cannot find the information you are looking for on our website or NACHI's website then you probably will not find it anywhere. www.trec.state.tx.us will give you standards that home inspectors work by and the ethics they are guided by. The nachi standards and ethics are also our guidelines. The Inspection Training Associates (www.home-inspect.com) and The Inspection Depot (www.inspectiondepot.com) are schools that we have attended and became accredited by as well as The National Home Inspectors Exam (www.homeinspectionexam.org) that we where tested by and the Texas Real Estate Commission (www.trec.state.tx.us) that we are licensed thru #7543 will give you a snap shot of our competence and professionalism. Our professional Certified Home Inspector number thru NACHI (http://www.nachi.org/verify.php?nachiid=NACHI05122683) is 05122683.
We can also schedule all your termite inspection and treatment needs as well. We refer all our clients to Pestmaster Services, a company that has built their reputation and professionalism as well as knowledge over a span of more than fifteen years in the DFW marketplace.
